If the purchased vehicle does not match the description or has major defects that were not disclosed prior, please contact us within 5 business days from delivery to initiate the return process.
If the vehicle is delivered in a condition that does not meet our advertised quality standards, we offer an option for a refund or exchange, depending on the situation.

The vehicle must be returned within 14 calendar days from delivery, in the same condition it was received, without any modifications or additional damage.
If the return of the vehicle is approved, we will provide a full refund of the purchase price, excluding shipping fees or any other associated costs. Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days from the receipt of the returned vehicle.
The cost of returning the vehicle is the responsibility of the buyer, except in cases where the vehicle is returned due to a defect or discrepancy from the description.
